During the Civil War in this area there was the case of a 17 year old confederate spy named David Dodd that was hung. He was later referred to as the "Boy Martyr of the Confederacy". During a previous investigation of the old Arsenal aka MacArthur Museum where he was interrogated, held then later hung close by we asked a lot of questions regarding some of the mysteries revolving around the conspiracy along with details of the hanging which was also bungled. Upon review of the audio I heard a faint EVP I believed to be from him. I heard a pitiful reference to the fact that his hanging was like a circus and that they threw snowballs at him.
There are three places associated with this individual one which I investigated in 2004 but I didn't capture anything regarding him. The MacArthur Museum which I investigated last year and the Mt. Holly Cemetery where he was interred and which I investigated a couple of weeks ago. It was at his grave I asked the question regarding the weather (confirmed by reports) and the snowball comment. The quality of the EVP isn't a Class A but it was a direct answer and it was in context so I'll let you make your own determination. Additional related EVPs can be heard on the case file links.
Due to the difference in voices and pitch I believe this is from several.
it was cold..........cold and a cloudy sky......they threw snowballs at me
